In the heart of Straumen on Inderøy lies Klokkarstu from 1755, with timber walls that ooze charm and lived life.
Second-hand shop and lunch café with kettle boiled coffee, sweet desserts and lunches made from local produce.
With a nostalgic atmosphere and a cozy garden, this is a second-hand shop out of the ordinary. Here, you may buy the coffee cup you’re drinking from, or the chair you’re sitting in!
Kjerringa me’ Straumen is a proud member of Den Gyldne Omvei. We promote one another and utilize each other’s products in our cooking. This is because the products from Den Gyldne Omvei, are of the best kind in Norway, and even the whole world. In addition, we make all our dishes from scratch, with good, local ingredients and with a homemade profile.
During the year of 2024, we are in the process of becoming a certified Norwegian Ecotourism company under the regulation of Hanen Norge, where sustainability and storytelling are an important part of our work.
