Second-hand shop and lunch café with kettle boiled coffee, sweet desserts and lunches made from local produce.

With its nostalgic atmosphere and a cozy garden, this is a second-hand shop out of the ordinary. Here, you may buy the coffee cup you’re drinking from, or the chair you’re sitting in!

Kjerringa me’ Straumen is a proud member of Den Gyldne Omvei. We support one another and incorporate each other’s products in our cooking because the products from Den Gyldne Omvei are of the best kind in Norway – if not the world. Additionally, we make all our dishes from scratch, using quality local ingredients, with a homemade touch.

In 2024, we are working towards becoming a certified Norwegian Ecotourism company under the guidelines of Hanen Norge, where sustainability and storytelling are at the heart of our mission.
