Sweet Flavors
Waffles made with eggs from local hens. Whisked together and cooked with love. Served with either sour cream and strawberry jam, Innherredsost, or Norvegia cheese.
Warm fruit pie with berries from our own garden, Vang Vestre heather honey, vanilla custard, and vanilla ice cream from Gangstad Gårdsysteri.
Chocolate chip cookies. Gluten and lactose-free.
Cake with various fruits. Served with vanilla ice cream from Gangstad Gårdsysteri. Based on a recipe from a kind neighbor. Gluten-free.

A Taste of Inderøy
Straumpølse and smoked ham from Inderøy Slakteri, aquavit sausage from Berg Gård, scrambled eggs from Vang Vestre hens, Gangstad salad cheese, tomatoes and apple slices, sour cream from Åsvang Gård, and homemade bread rolls.
Kjerringa’s Fish Burger
Homemade with fish from Uthaug. Served with potato salad mixed with honey mustard from Berg Gård, sour cream salad, pickled red onions, and Kjerringa’s slow-risen bread roll.
Kjerringa’s Moose Burger
Homemade following a local recipe. Served with potato salad mixed with honey mustard from Berg Gård, sour cream salad, pickled red onions, and Kjerringa’s slow-risen bread roll.

Two types of herring from Inderøyfisk served on Kjerringa’s slow-risen bread roll.
Bread Roll Sandwich
Homemade slow-risen bread roll with smoked ham from Inderøy Slakteri and Norvegia cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
Drinks
Kettle-boiled coffee brewed with care and an appreciation for the good things in life. Coffee is always served in small, unique cups, and each customer gets to choose their own cup from the glass display.
You can even purchase the cup or the chair you relax in after enjoying your coffee ☕.
